Ground Floor
The ground floor consists of a gathering area where women can socialize, a health and wellness zone designed for retirees to relax and engage in activities such as yoga classes, therapy pods, and relaxation sessions. Additionally, there is a workshop space that offers tailoring classes, pottery classes, and general workshops. Finally, the educational area includes a small library and classrooms.
In the first floor, which is mostly designed for the permanent and temporary staff if there is any collaboration with other companies for conducting workshops. On top of the educational part of the ground floor, it is connected to the first floor, which is designed to host talks and lectures. It includes a reception, waiting area, and small café. Also, next to the lecture hall is the VIP guest room for the presenter. The lecture hall accommodates more than 40 people for large lectures and features its original skylight. I designed a shading system that can be opened or closed according to the presenter’s preference.
